Welcome to the 2020 winter netball season at Beaumaris Netball Club.

This pack contains important information regarding the upcoming season.

Please note:

All on-line registrations must be accompanied with full payment.

Late registrations will be considered if there are places available within the relevant age group.

Before completing the Beaumaris Netball Club player on-line registration process, please read carefully BNC Policies and Guidelines particularly those regarding your obligations to the Club under its Code of Conduct for Players, Parents/Spectators and Officials. There will be separate competitions for 7&U, 8&U, 9&U and 10&U.

The NetSetGO program for Children aged 5 & 6 is held at HBF Arena Joondalup on Saturday mornings. Please contact Joondalup Netball Association joondalupnetball@bigpond.com (office closed until 14th January 2020)

 

You will need your MyNetball login details for this – Instructions below.

KidSport vouchers will need to be applied for and the voucher number passed on to the club registrar prior to registering. If you are unsure of your MyNetball login status contact the club registrar. PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT IF YOU ARE UNSURE.

Registration Information

MyNetball Login Registration instructions->

Returning members – enter Login ID (email address, not your child’s Netball ID number) and password. If you have forgotten your login details please click on ‘Forgotten Login Details?’

New members – click on ‘Don’t have a login ID’, complete Basic Participant Details, click Orange ‘Search’ button.

‘Create new account’ to enter new registrants details or if the child’s name is listed, click on orange ‘Forgot Password’.

Choose the appropriate Registration Product suitable for your child’s date of birth, and press orange ‘continue’ button.

Complete child’s details and parent details, press orange ‘continue’ button.

Complete payment section.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you listed and registrar@beaumarisnetballclub.com.au

If registering a NetSetGO player you will receive a Participants pack (training top and netball) in the mail.

During March you will receive an email from Beaumaris Netball Club with coach, training and game details.

At the beginning of the season parents are also asked to donate $20 or help sell a box of fundraising chocolates. There will also be another opportunity to assist with fundraising at our annual Sausage Sizzle during the season!

MEDICALS – Please ensure that the coach and team manager are notified of any conditions, medical or otherwise, prior to start of season.

Payment Methods

Full payment must be made at the time of online registration via MyNetball Online Registration via debit/credit cards.

Please note that credit card payments will incur a surcharge.

As our netball club is run solely by volunteers please consider volunteering your time as a coach, team manager, umpire or committee member – you will be supported by the club with any appropriate training or Working With Children Checks. Without your support and participation, our Club cannot continue to grow.

 

Kidsport Vouchers

Enables eligible Western Australian children aged 5 to18 years to participate in community sport by offering them financial assistance of up to $150 per calendar year towards club fees. Applicant must be aged 5 to 18 years. Applicant must be named on a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, with their individual Centrelink Client Reference Number (CRN) clearly displayed on the uploaded card. If you are eligible for KidSport you must register with your local government before registering your child with Beaumaris Netball Club. KIDSPORT – For more information go to: https://www.dsr.wa.gov.au/funding/individuals/kidsport. Once you have applied for KidSport please contact our registrar and provide your Kidsport voucher code.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR KIDSPORT VOUCHER HOLDERS: When completing the MyNetball online registration form please select both products, i.e. “Kidsport Voucher” plus appropriate “age group product“. If both aren’t ticked the $150 discount will not apply to your child’s registration. 

 

Withdrawing registration.

Should you need to withdraw your registration, please inform the Registrar via email. All refunds will be processed in accordance with our fees policy which can be found BNC Policies and Guidelines.

AFTER the grading process has taken place, then a refund may be given minus an administrative fee ($50), this will be at the discretion of the Executive Committee. If the individual withdraws after affiliation data has been submitted to Joondalup Netball Association (mid-March) then they will receive a partial refund of the JNA component only. The amount of the refund will be determined by the executive committee.
