Netball is a fast, physically demanding sport and to perform at your peak you need to be fit.
All netballers, regardless of age or level of skill, should work to improve their fitness.


You can increase your fitness in lots of ways and your coach will help you out at training, but here are some ideas to get you started.

It is important to stretch and strengthen muscles to reduce the likelihood injury.  Strong muscles will also give you good balance and movement on court.
